We offer delivery services to Northampton as well as locations throughout the United Kingdom. However, please note that at the moment, we are unable to ship to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isles of Scilly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. For further details regarding our delivery locations, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We offer flexible delivery options for Northampton addresses. We provide deliveries from Monday to Sunday in Northampton. For national addresses, deliveries are made 4 days a week, specifically from Tuesday to Friday.

For same-day delivery in Northampton, if you place your order before 3pm from Monday to Saturday, we can deliver to nearby addresses on the same day. Alternatively, you can choose next day delivery.


Our drivers will deliver the bouquet directly between 10am and 7pm. However, please note that we are unable to guarantee or specify a specific time slot for delivery. If there is no one available at the recipient's address, the driver will leave a delivery note. The note will indicate whether the bouquet was left with a neighbour or securely placed on the premises.


We do offer Sunday delivery upon special request. If you would like to have your order delivered on a Sunday, please contact us directly at info@ksflowers.co.uk or reach out to our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request and make arrangements for Sunday delivery.

Nationwide delivery.


For nationwide deliveries to distant addresses, we have delivery available from Tuesday to Friday. If you place your order before 12pm, next day delivery is an option. Additionally, you can select a specific delivery date in the future if desired.

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we partner with the trusted courier service DPD. They aim to deliver orders before 12:00 PM. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS, using the contact details provided during the ordering process. This allows you to conveniently track the progress of your delivery.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but certain flowers and plants cannot be shipped nationwide due to various reasons. These limitations may be due to their delicate nature, size, or the specific packaging required to ensure their freshness and quality during transit.

For nationwide deliveries, KS Flowers takes full responsibility for the order fulfilment process. We are an independent company, and all orders are meticulously prepared by our team at our flower boutique and then sent directly to your front door using our trusted nationwide courier service.

To ensure the safe arrival of your flowers, we take extra care in packaging them. The flowers are carefully wrapped with kraft paper, and for fresh flowers, a floral gel or absorbent cloth is included to maintain their hydration during transit. These wrapped flowers are then placed inside a specially designed flower delivery box, which is thoughtfully packed with additional kraft paper to provide cushioning and support.

If your order includes a vase, it will be wrapped separately within the same package to prevent any damage during transportation.

1. Fill the vase with fresh water: Keep your vase filled all the way to the top with clean, fresh water. This helps provide hydration to the flowers and keeps them fresh.

2. Change the water regularly: Every couple of days, completely change the water in the vase. This helps prevent the build-up of bacteria, which can shorten the lifespan of the flowers. Along with changing the water, re-cut the stems by about 2 cm at an angle. This allows the flowers to take in water more effectively.

3. Find the right spot: Place your bouquet in a location away from direct sunlight, radiators, air conditioning vents, or any draughty spots. These conditions can accelerate the wilting process and cause the flowers to fade more quickly.

4. Remove fading stems: As flowers are natural and have varying lifespans, some stems may start to wilt before others. To preserve the freshness of the remaining flowers, remove any fading or wilting stems promptly. This prevents them from affecting the overall bouquet.

5. Use the provided vase: If your flowers came with a specific vase, it is highly recommended to use that vase. The bouquet will have been designed to fit and thrive in that particular vase, maximising the longevity of the flowers.
