Local Delivery in Northampton

1. Delivery Schedule:

We offer delivery services in Northampton 7 days a week.

2. Delivery Price:
- NN1: £5
- NN2-NN4: £8
- NN5-NN6: £10

3. Delivery Time: Our courier will make deliveries between 3 pm and 5 pm.

4. Same Day Delivery:
- Orders for same day delivery must be placed before2 pm.

- Contact us to arrange late delivery after 5 pm.

5. Next Day Delivery:
- Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 10 pm.

Nationwide Delivery:

Our partner, DPD, will handle nationwide flower deliveries.

2. Delivery Days:

Nationwide deliveries are available from Tuesday to Friday.

3. Time Slot:

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific time slot for nationwide deliveries. However, DPD will assign a time slot to the driver, and you will receive this information.

4. Next Day Delivery:

- Orders for next day nationwide delivery must be placed before 12 pm.

5. Delivery Cost:

Nationwide delivery has a flat rate cost of £10.

Terms of Delivery

When do we deliver?

We offer flexible delivery options for Northampton addresses. We provide deliveries from Monday to Sunday in Northampton. For national addresses, deliveries are made 4 days a week, specifically from Tuesday to Friday.

For same day delivery in Northampton, if you place your order before 3pm from Monday to Saturday, we can deliver to nearby addresses on the same day. Alternatively, you can choose next day delivery.
Our drivers will deliver the bouquet directly between 10am and 7pm. However, please note that we are unable to guarantee or specify a specific time slot for delivery. If there is no one available at the recipient's address, the driver will leave a delivery note. The note will indicate whether the bouquet was left with a neighbour or securely placed on the premises.

We do offer Sunday delivery upon special request. If you would like to have your order delivered on a Sunday, please contact us directly at info@ksflowers.co.uk or reach out to our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request and make arrangements for Sunday delivery.

Changes to order

If you need to make any changes or amendments to your order, such as correcting the delivery address, editing the gift message, or adjusting the chosen delivery date, we've got you covered. Simply send an email to orders@ksflowers.co.uk, including your order number, and let us know what modifications you would like to make. We'll be more than happy to assist you in updating your order according to your preferences.
