Refund and Return Policy

Fresh Product

Flowers are considered a perishable product, and customers have the option to either request a refund or a replacement if they are unsatisfied with the arrangement. 

Refusal on Delivery

Customers can refuse the flower arrangement upon delivery if they are not satisfied with the product. This allows them to avoid accepting the arrangement and initiate the return or replacement process.

Return Timeframe

Flowers are considered a perishable product, and customers have the option to either request a refund or a replacement if they are unsatisfied with the arrangement. 

Investigation Process

Once the customer initiates a return or replacement, you will investigate the reason behind it. This step helps you understand the issue and improve your product or service quality. 

Refund or Replacement

If the return or replacement is deemed valid, the customer can choose either a full refund or a replacement for the unsatisfactory arrangement. 

Refund Timeline

 If the customer chooses a refund, the refund process may take 5-7 working days. This period allows you to process the refund and ensure that it is successfully credited back to the customer's original payment method.
