• Payment

To secure your chosen date for floral installations, full payment is required. This payment should be made immediately after the initial consultation or on the specified date by KS Flowers Ltd. Unless stated otherwise, payment can be made in multiple instalments, as long as the remaining balance is paid in full at least 2 weeks before the installation date. Failure to make the payment by this deadline gives KS Flowers Ltd. the right to cancel any flowers, foliage, or decorative items. In such cases, we are not obligated to compensate you for any inconvenience caused.

If you decide to cancel your scheduled floral decor or installation for any reason, 50% of your payment will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 1 calendar month before the installation. If the cancellation is made 2 weeks before the installation, 70% of the payment will be forfeited, and if the cancellation occurs within 13 or fewer days before the installation, 80% of the payment will be forfeited. Should you choose to reschedule the installation, your payment will be held until the rescheduled event takes place, and you may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

• Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, KS Flowers Ltd. does not accept returns or offer replacements for flowers, foliage, or other floral decorations unless a problem is reported within 1 hour of delivery or setup for events, and within 1 day of setup for installations.

• Order Adjustments

Any changes to your installation or event order must be made in writing, either by you or your designated representative. Depending on the chosen decorating style, we typically order supplies approximately 14 days prior to the installation date. Please note that making modifications to your order may result in additional charges. However, we will do our best to accommodate minor adjustments to meet your needs.

• Product Availability in Designs

As fresh flowers and greenery are living items, there may be occasions when certain types are unavailable. While we make every effort to source appropriate materials, there may be situations where we are unable to obtain a specific flower variety or foliage. Therefore, KS Flowers reserves the right to substitute a comparable flower or foliage for the originally selected choice.

1. Any queries or concerns regarding the flower arrangements, installations, or venue decorations must be addressed within one hour of delivery or setup. Failure to do so within this timeframe, or if the floral arrangements/decorations are utilised during the event, or if the client/guests take away the floral arrangements after the event, will result in waiving the right to a refund.

2. When designing your venue's decor and flower arrangements, KS Flowers reserves the right to exercise artistic licence. This includes making adjustments to a previously agreed-upon design if necessary due to time constraints or physical limitations at the venue.

• Ownership

Unless obtained through a separate equipment rental agreement with KS Flowers Ltd., any fresh flowers, foliage, vases, candle holders, or other decorative objects used in displays will become the client's responsibility and property after the event/installation. The removal of props (such as vases, candle holders, decor pieces, etc.) or disassembling of the installation will be handled separately and billed accordingly.

• Non-Compliance

KS Flowers will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfil or engage in the contract due to actions by other suppliers, artists, or venue owners. However, we take reasonable precautions to prevent and minimise the impact of such failures. 1. KS Flowers shall not be liable for any contract breach caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, riots, civil commotions, government regulations, embargoes, explosions, strikes, labour disputes, fire, or severe weather conditions.
